Why take your pet to a kennel or dog day care facility? We save you the time and inconvenience by coming to you!
We offer a (mandatory) free initial consultation. This will be conducted before our first "official" visit. It is crucial to plan ahead to ensure we can get you in our schedule . So call or email us as far in advance as possible to schedule your initial consultation, daily visits and vacation visits! Our initial consultation is also a great time to have the two sets of keys ready for us, and to have the forms filled out ahead of time.

Worried about your pet making it through the day without any "accidents"? Pet 'N Play has the solution. We offer daily visits that include walks and playtimes to keep your pet happy and your home accident-free. We can stay and play with your pet for 20 minutes, 30 minutes, or longer if you want. This time can be used for potty-breaks, walks or playtime, and can be done in your neighborhood, your yard or your home (for play time, not for potty-breaks!).
Worried about your new puppy or older dog? We can also come to your home for two or more 10-minute "puppy-breaks" during the day.
Going away for a few days and don't want to take your pets to the kennel? Pet 'N Play offers an alternative. For cats (and other small animals) we offer a once-a-day (required minimum) visit that includes playtime, checking the litter, feeding, refreshing the water, administering medications and brushing, as needed. For dogs we offer our "vacation package," which includes 3 or more visits each day, feeding, refreshing the water, administering medications and brushing, as needed. Not only are your pets taken care of, but you have the peace of mind knowing that someone is watching your home while you are away. Please note that we have a 30-minute minimum for our first ever vacation visit with dogs, and recommend that the first couple of visits be 30 minutes, because it often takes a day or two for dogs to get used to new sitters.
Please note: whenever we come to your home for dog walking we use common sense when dealing with the elements. If it is pouring rain, the outdoor walk will be short enough to allow the pet to go to the bathroom, the remainder of the time will be indoor playtime.
We also provide the following home care services at no additional charge: Feed and refresh water for other small animals, such as hamsters, birds, and fish, bring in the mail and newspaper, take out trash and recycling, water indoor houseplants, rotate lights and blinds, and turn on TV/radio to give your home a "lived-in" look. Note that these tasks will take up scheduled time, so plan accordingly.
Length of visit recommendations: When scheduling the length of our visits, especially for vacation service, it is important to keep three things in mind. First, what type of pet you have -- dogs take longer than cats. Second, what you want us to do -- if you need us to walk your dog, feed him/her, and have some play time, then we will need more time than just a quick potty break out the back door. Third, your pets personality -- if it takes you twenty minutes to get your dog to go to the bathroom, we probably won't be able to do it in ten minutes. If in doubt, try it yourself. Start at your front door, and time how long it takes you to do what you want us to do, including greeting your happy pet(s).
Each time we visit your home, we leave detailed notes on your pets' activities (potty, eating, play, etc.) as well as the time we visited. You will always be well informed, and we will let you know of any unusual behavior. We also update you via email (or by phone if you do not have email access) about your pets when you are out of town and we are visiting for several days.
Don't have time to run errands? Is your car temporarily out of commission? Or would you just rather have someone else run your errands for you? Then call Pet 'N Play for our Personal Errand Service. We can go to the store for you, pick up your prescription or dry cleaning, stop at the post office, or whatever else you need.
Finally, don't have time to take your pet to the vet, grooming appointment, or elsewhere? Pet 'N Play can help here too. We offer a local Pet Taxi service. Whether it's one-way or round-trip, we can get your pet where it needs to be!
