"Our puppy, Addison, wanted to share her adoration for Katy & John and their pet service: "Their visits were the highlight of my day! My parents put me in a terribly boring crate when they go to work... if it weren't for Pet 'N Play, I would be stuck in there all day. I love Katy and John as much as my Kong filled with peanut butter! My parents love their service too. They are obsessed with my report cards and I often hear them mention that Katy & John are extremely flexible, reliable and organized."" Katie and Brad

Pet 'N Play's 8th Annual PRESENTS 4 PETS Campaign!

Pet 'N Play is happy to announce our

8th Annual Presents 4 Pets campaign!

Presents 4 Pets is a nationwide annual collection drive benefiting pets in shelters, and will run until the first week of November, coinciding with the Humane Society of the United States' National Animal Shelter Appreciation Week, observed November 5-11, 2017.

New this year we are also collecting for Barn Sanctuary in Chelsea, Michigan. Barn Sanctuary is a hands-on animal sanctuary dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating and caring for farm animal refugees. This includes any animals that have been abused, abandoned, sentenced to death or are victims of natural disasters. We educate the public about the horrific treatment of animals raised and slaughtered by modern day farm factories, and the positive impact that a plant-based diet can have on the environment and our health.

How can you help?  We are asking for your generous support in the way of donations of supplies or as a monetary donation.  All of the donations will go directly to the Humane Society of Huron Valley in Ann Arbor, or Barn Sanctuary in Chelsea.

Here's how it will work:

If you are a regular client that we visit on a weekly basis:  Please leave your donation at your home to be picked up on a regular visit day.  Please clearly mark the items to be picked up with "P4P" (Presents 4 Pets), or Barn Sanctuary (if you want your donation to go to them).  We will be collecting items up until the first week of November.
Leave a donation once, twice, or every time!

If we do not visit you on a regular basis:  Please contact us if you would like to make a donation and we will schedule a pick up time from your home.  Either John or Katy will swing by to collect your items!

You may also simply mail a check to be donated.  Any amount at all will be greatly appreciated!

Checks should be payable to: Humane Society of Huron Valley or Barn Sanctuary and can be mailed to us at:

  Pet 'N Play
               P. O. Box 1983
               Ann Arbor, MI  48106

Receipts will be available for tax purposes for both monetary and supply donations.

We will be delivering all donations to the Humane Society and Barn Sanctuary during or immediately after National Animal Shelter Appreciation week (November 5-11).

Please see below for the current Humane Society Wish List!

***Helpful hint- many of the items on the list can be found at dollar stores- just think how much $10 or $20 can buy!***

But of course, any and all animal related items (in clean and decent shape) will be accepted and appreciated!  Toys, blankets/towels, treats, beds- anything you have for your own cat or dog will certainly be appreciated by the shelter animals as well.

Please contact us if you have any questions, or to schedule a pick up!  We thank you all in advance for your generosity.  Let's help make the lives of the animals, workers, and many volunteers at the Humane Society of Huron Valley and Barn Sanctuary a little bit easier!

Thank you in advance!
